A quote request is not an order

Submitting a quote request does not create an order or a commitment from either party. Pricing, availability, production methods, and deadlines are not confirmed until Imagination Society provides and you accept the applicable project terms.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate project and contact information when submitting a request. Quotes are based on the details you share, and inaccurate information may affect the estimate or timeline we provide.

Your right to use submitted materials

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, trademarks, names, logos, or other materials you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Review of uploaded files

Files you upload may be reviewed for production suitability. Reviewing a file does not confirm that it can be produced as-is or that a quote has been accepted.

Pricing, payment, and production terms

Payment, cancellation, revision, refund, and production terms will be provided with the applicable quote or agreement. Those terms apply only once they are provided in writing and accepted by both parties.

Text messaging terms

If you separately opt in, Imagination Society LLC / TshirtsApp may send SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide about your quote, artwork proof, order status, pickup or shipping, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@tshirtsapp.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and messaging consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Lawful use

You agree to use this website and portal lawfully and not to misuse it or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
